This Privacy Policy explains what information myPropertyWalk ("we", "our", "the Service")
collects when you use our website and WhatsApp-based tour builder / listing platform, how we
use it, and who we share it with.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & contact details — your name, WhatsApp phone number, and, if you sign in with Google, your email address.
- Property listing content — property details (address, description, pricing) and the photos / 360° panoramic images you upload to create a tour.
- WhatsApp messages — messages you send to our WhatsApp Business number to verify your identity, publish a listing, or manage your account (e.g. login codes, publish-confirmation codes).
- Usage & engagement data — actions taken on published tours (views, 360° exploration, calls, WhatsApp clicks, schedule-visit requests, saves, shares), linked to your name/phone/email when you're signed in.
- Payment information — when you purchase a plan, payment is processed directly by Zoho Checkout / Zoho Billing. We do not collect or store your card or bank details on our own servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and let you sign in (WhatsApp OTP or Google Sign-In).
- To create, publish, and display your property tours to prospective viewers.
- To let interested viewers contact you (call / WhatsApp / schedule a visit) about a listing.
- To process plan purchases and apply the correct plan to your account.
- To understand how listings are performing (views, engagement) and show that to you as the owner.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information with the following third-party service providers, only as needed to operate the Service:
- Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
- Google — to support Google Sign-In, and to fetch nearby-places data for listings.
- Zoho Corporation — our infrastructure provider (Zoho Catalyst) for hosting, data storage, and image/tour storage, and Zoho Checkout / Zoho Billing for payment processing.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Zoho Catalyst's infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Choices & Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (details below). If you delete your account, your listing data and associated analytics will be removed, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
